Return and Refund Policy



1. The Customer must not accept any Product with damaged or tampered packaging.

2. We do not accept returns or replacements for customer purchases. If the Product delivered is damaged, defective, or expired, Customer must notify us within 7 days of delivery by placing a “Return Order” or “Replacement Order” request on our website or emailing us on our official email id. Orders can only be returned or replaced once.

3. Bhojyam Foods Indore Pvt. Ltd.. will arrange for product return or replacement pickup. The Customer is expected to return the Product in its original condition with all accessories/booklets/freebies. No external damage should be present on the packing, including the carton. The courier will notify the customer of return pickup. The Customer shall keep or provide the acknowledgment and quote for future interactions with Bhojyam Foods Indore Pvt. Ltd..

4. Replacement/exchanges are only completed if the Product is available. Otherwise, the Customer will get a refund and any shipping expenses paid for the Product.

5. Bhojyam Foods Indore Pvt. Ltd.. will attempt to initiate qualified refunds/credit notes within 15 days of receiving returned merchandise. The approved refund amount will be credited to Customer's bank account/refunded into credit or debit card account within 7 to 10 working days or as long as banking channels process it.

6. Orders placed on our website can be canceled if not delivered by filing a "Cancel Order" request on the website or emailing us. Bhojyam Foods Indore Pvt. Ltd.. reserves the right to reject the cancellation request and may decide appropriately after considering the product category, if purchased by Bhojyam Foods Indore Pvt. Ltd.. specifically against the Order, whether products are proprietary, whether customized on customer request, whether significant cost is incurred to arrange delivery, etc. If Bhojyam Foods Indore Pvt. Ltd.. rejects cancellation request after providing sufficient reasons, customer must accept delivery and pay for product(s). After payment is made, Bhojyam Foods Indore Pvt. Ltd.. will reimburse the order if it is canceled.

7. Returns/replacement requests for missing or incorrect products must be made within 72 hours after delivery.

8. Only unused products are eligible for returns/replacements.

9. Unboxing video and pictures of the outer brown box, shipping label, delivered products, and invoice copy are necessary for faults, damages, missing, or incorrect products.
